A large-scale entertainment complex in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, comprising retail spaces, outdoor plazas, and diverse entertainment facilities. Our team delivered the full BIM scope, from detailed modeling and coordination to shop drawings, COBie, and LOD 500 development, while coordinating across multiple specialists, contractors, and consultant teams.
A major focus of our work was the coordination of complex façade systems, integrated lighting, and a large architectural canopy, where detailed BIM coordination was essential to achieve the required design and technical integration.

Our team was responsible for the full BIM scope across the project, including BIM modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, shop drawing production, COBie, and progressive model development to LOD 500.

The external façade represented one of the project’s most technically demanding coordination areas. Multiple architectural and technical elements had to be carefully integrated with the façade geometry and lighting systems while maintaining the required design intent.

THE CANOPY
